Our resurfacing division completes a massive number of beautiful resurfacing projects every year. Whether it be a driveway, patio, car park, or even an interior floor, we can completely transform the area into something that will make it pop.
Our polymer-modified cement-based coating systems are a fantastic way to bring an old concrete slab to life. We can resurface over the top of existing plain, coloured, exposed aggregate, stamped and stencilled concrete. In many cases, existing tiles can be removed and the underlying concrete resurfaced.

Some worn concrete does not need to be fully replaced. If the existing slab is stable, OSM Concrete may recommend concrete resurfacing instead of full removal and replacement.
How to Know if Your Concrete is Too Far Gone
As we can provide a range of concrete solutions, including repairs and resurfacing, we offer options that can utilise concrete that is cracked… to an extent.
On many occasions, due to severe sinking, lifting, or concrete that is shattered into pieces, removal and replacement may be your only option.

Plain Concrete
Even though Decorative Concrete is where we shine, we still do more removal and relaying of plain concrete than just about anything else. Although it is not the most decorative finish available, it is a super hardwearing surface that requires very little or no maintenance.
Things to remember with Plain Concrete:
- Concrete is a natural product and takes a few months to cure. This curing does not occur evenly. It is expected that your new concrete will have a very mottled look. Some jobs are much more so than others. This is far more apparent with plain and coloured concrete.
- When plain concrete is laid, it does look very bright. Over time, the surface breaks down and fades to grey, like the old driveways and paths you see around the City.
- It is a great cost-saving option for rear paths and service areas on your property. Save on your build or renovation by using plain concrete instead of other more expensive options where they aren’t so visible.
- It can always be resurfaced later down the track if budgets are constrained right now.
Driveway and Residential Concrete Replacement
